Acceptance of Terms: By accessing, registering for, or using our Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
Our Services are available only to individuals or entities who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using our Services, you represent you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
These Terms are effective as of January 15, 2024, and replace all prior versions. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All content included in or made available through our Services, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of AZK Telecom or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use our Services for your personal or internal business purposes only. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of our Services or their contents.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through our Services ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you.
Our Services are provided under various pricing models as detailed in your service agreement or statement of work. General payment terms include:
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and other governmental assessments associated with your use of our Services, excluding taxes based on our net income.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AZK Telecom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Maximum Liability: In no event shall AZK Telecom's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts paid by you to AZK Telecom for use of the Services during the twelve-month period preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate service agreements as specified in the applicable contract. We may also terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Continued Use: By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services.
